Join the Arts Council for this fun and popular outdoor event in Historic Ellicott City. Community members are invited to participate in a 3-day paint-out alongside 28 juried artists. For a small registration fee, artists can also participate in the community exhibition and display their work during the opening reception and later at the Howard County Welcome Center. SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:
July 5, 6-7:30PM: Registration, Artist & VIP Welcome, & Juror Presentation at Howard County Welcome Center
July 6-8, All day: Paint out!
July 8, 10AM-12PM: Market Preview at the Sunday market in parking lot D near Mat About You
July 9, 6-8PM: Gallery Reception and Award Presentation at Howard County Center for the Arts
