Celebrate the Winter Solstice and return of the light by chanting the quintessential mantra for the light, the Gayatri Mantra. It is an ancient chant that is still used in practice today to calm the mind, clear the heart, and bring more joy into life. We will have some light stretching so wear comfortable yoga clothes, and we will learn the Vedic version with Sanskrit pronunciation. To practice with a group is powerful, energizing, and stress-reducing at the same time. You will leave feeling energized and ready to take on the Winter. With Kelly Fisher.
