Rental Subsidies to Support Performances at The Jim Rouse Theatre
The Jim Rouse Theatre Subsidy Program assists Howard County arts groups by partially underwriting theatre rental fees (up to 50%) at the Jim Rouse Theatre for the Performing Arts (JRT). The JRT is located on the campus of Wilde Lake High School in Columbia, MD. The JRT provides an intimate and comfortable 747-seat theatre that is friendly to performers and audiences alike.

About JRT Subsidies
The purpose of the Jim Rouse Theatre (JRT) Subsidy Grant is to broaden arts opportunities for Howard County audiences, artists, and arts organizations, thereby increasing the availability of arts activities in Howard County. The JRT Subsidy helps make renting the theatre more affordable for local arts organizations and helps maximize the use of the Jim Rouse Theatre.
