Check out our available camps:
SESSION 7:
Acting Out!
AM, Grades 3-5
Jump into the amazing world of acting! Enhance your creativity and performance skills as you uncover a whole new world of theatre through improv, scene work, and theatre games.
Shakespeare Moves
AM, Grades 4-7
Campers will explore Shakespeare’s work and bring it to life through elements of stage action, movement, blocking, and choreography. We will learn basic stage directions, create props, and rehearse our scenes for a special performance!
The Drawing Zoo: Spines & Shells
PM, Grades 3-5
Get ready for some creepy, crawly, artful fun! Each day, you’ll be introduced to a new animal and its corresponding skeleton, then you’ll be challenged to build a replica. Learn about the different types of skeletons amongst vertebrates and invertebrates as you encounter a new live animal each day, like caterpillars, Madagascar hissing bugs, turtles, and snakes!
SESSION 8:
Prints that Pop
AM, Grades 4-7
Students will learn how to make linoleum prints through carving and layering of colors. As they work, campers will learn about the history of block printing, focusing on its use in pop art.
Expressed Screenings
PM, Grades 4-7
Students will create screen prints of their own design to create their own custom printed t-shirts! Artists will learn about layering techniques as they use positive and negative space to come up with creative designs and make practice prints on paper for their final project.
