Howard County Arts Council Welcomes New Member to Board of Directors

ELLICOTT CITY, MD – The Howard County Arts Council recently welcomed Theresa Colvin to its multi-talented Board of Directors, led by incoming Board President Andrea Magers.

In welcoming the new member, Magers said, “The Arts Council’s stature as a model multi-purpose arts agency and advocate for the arts is due, in large part, to its strong governance. As President of the Board, I look forward to working with Theresa and our existing Board members to advance the arts in Howard County. We share a passion for our stewardship of the Arts Council and the crucial role the arts have in our quality of life and the health and wellness of our community and our local economy. And I am excited about the wealth of experience and expertise in the arts along with a regional and national perspective that Theresa brings to the Arts Council Board.”
