Discover Howard County’s dynamic visual arts scene during Road to the Arts weekend, September 13-21. Galleries will feature special receptions and exhibits all weekend long. The Arts Council launches the event with a free exhibit reception, Annual Meeting, and Grant Awards Ceremony on Friday, September 13, 6-8pm.
