About CAD Project Grants

Community Arts Development (CAD) Project Grants are for Howard County based arts organizations as well as non-profit organizations pursuing arts-related projects. These projects are small in scope due to the cap on the grant amount. Funds can be used for either one-off or annually occurring projects. All the funds awarded through this grant must be directly spent on expenses for the project. In the past, projects such as concerts, dance performances, theatrical productions, craft workshops, cultural festivals, and literary publications have been funded.
