Aftercare is available from 3:30 PM – 6 PM | $125/week. Art instruction is not provided during extended day programs. Students read, draw, play games, and engage in other age-appropriate activities under the supervision of camp staff.

Students will create an alien character using a variety of supplies. They will draw and write a character sketch. With other campers they will improvise scenes involving their characters. Costume props and accessories will be made as well. at the end of the week, they will participate in a performance for family and friends.

Explore different cultures of the world and their unique art. This camp will look at prominent artists from around the globe, with campers creating work using the techniques we encounter.

Campers will indulge and enjoy their artistic side while using a variety of mediums to expand their artistic palette. Explorations will include painting, printmaking, mixed media, sculpture and collage. Camp will culminate in the presentation of a gallery show.

Campers will utilize ordinary materials sitting around the classrooms and create one-of-a-kind masterpieces. We will use cardboard, scrap paper, and bits of fabric and yarn to create amazing art.

Time to accessorize! Campers will be able to explore their own style while learning the art of jewelry making. Come experiment with different colors, shapes, and sizes of beads and stones while designing, creating, and ultimately modeling your own jewelry.

Students will design and construct a mask. They will create a character and a myth based on their mask. Characters will get together to participate in improvised scenes. costume accessories and related props will be constructed as well. After daily rehearsals, students will perform in the theatre for family and friends.

Monsters, monsters, and more monsters! Have yourself a monster of a good time creating both 3D and 2D monsters out of a variety of materials and techniques. Kooky, scary, funny…what kind of monsters will you create? Explore your imagination in this camp and find out!

Campers will create water marbling projects that include a variety of surfaces including; paper, wood, cork, glass and fabric. They will learn a brief history of this ancient process and will create tools to create patterns of paint on a water thickened with carrageenan. Campers will learn how to create a variety of traditional patterns and transfer to their chosen surface.
