Aftercare is available from 3:30 PM – 6 PM | $125/week. Art instruction is not provided during extended day programs. Students read, draw, play games, and engage in other age-appropriate activities under the supervision of camp staff.

Come along to the art camp zoo! If you like animals and art, then this is the place for you! In this camp, campers will create several different animal themed art pieces.

Campers will love this fun and colorful way to express themselves! Not only will campers create their own beads out of different media, but they will make jewelry, keychains, and also learn both flat and three-dimensional bead weaving, among other projects.

Campers will learn cartoon art-related skills to create and develop their own cartoon characters, use cartoon expressions and movement to create dynamic comic strip art, and write and develop content for telling a story using their characters.

In this camp, we’ll use papier mache techniques to make all the fantasy creatures imaginable! From pegasi to unicorns, dragons to mermaids, and anything else campers can think of, we’ll make it!

Campers will love creating their own menagerie of stuffed pals! Ranging in size from teeny tiny to super huggable, we will create everything from cute little snacks to sweet forest animals to some not-so-scary monsters.

**Campers should have some basic hand sewing experience before signing up for this camp.

In this camp, our oldest campers will enhance their skills by engaging in a variety of practical writing activities. Students will receive encouragement, support, and tangible tools to pursue the goal of writing and publishing a book.
