HoCo Arts’ Historic Courtroom is a very large, flexible space that works great for meetings, workshops, and gatherings. With more than 2,840sq ft available, the Historic Courtroom can accommodate up to 136 people. Rental rates start at $55/hour for nonprofits and HoCo residents with a variety of packages and options available.

HoCo Arts’ Historic Courtroom is ideal for arts-related meetings and gatherings. This room has flexible table and seating options and, depending on the configuration, can accommodate up to 136 people.  A portable room divider can be used for breakout sessions or to create a more intimate space.

Rental rates start at $55/hour for nonprofits and HoCo residents with a variety of packages and options available.
