Chinese pianist Junwen Liang, praised for his “captivating performances,” offers a program of music that explores the diversity of American composers -- from female composers and other underrepresented voices, immigrant perspectives and the American theatre tradition, to post-Romantic contributions to 21st century piano literature. For 33 years, the Chalice Concert Series has brought top-flight classical music performers to the intimate venue of the Owen Brown Interfaith Center in Columbia, Maryland. Concerts are open to all. Come enjoy some of the best chamber music Howard County offers.
