About No Boundaries

The musical theatre program is an award-winning nine-month program conceived of and initiated by the Arts Council in 1999 with the belief that exposure to the arts encourages growth and new awareness in any individual regardless of their ability or disability. The No Boundaries exhibit, one of our longest-standing partnerships, has been in existence since 1991. Each year, we present an exhibit of mixed media artwork created by youth and adult artists with disabilities.
