Affordable Artist Studios & Arts Organization Offices

The Arts Council is relocating to the Historic Courthouse in Ellicott City in late 2025.
In this new space—dedicated to arts, culture, and history—HoCo Arts will continue to facilitate the Resident Studio Artist and Arts Organization programs. These programs provide affordable maker spaces to both practicing professional and emerging artists, as well as 501(c)(3) nonprofit arts organizations, all within a nurturing, supportive, and creative environment.

Currently, applications are closed, and there are no available resident studios or arts organization offices at this time.

If you are interested in being notified when applications open, please fill out the Studio Interest Form.
