This month, Mary K Baxter, the Arts Council's Deputy Director: Development & Community Engagement, will join us to discuss the Howard County Arts & Culture Master Plan and Mini-Grant opportunities for organizations encouraging their networks to share their vision via the public survey and planned focus groups.
