HoCo Arts Offers Affordable Arts Spaces

We offer affordable arts rental spaces where you can create, present, perform, and meet! Our community arts facilities include a black box theatre, three art classrooms, a large, multi-purpose community meeting space, and a dance studio. Spaces are available for short-term rentals and long-term leases.

Black Box Theatre

HoCo Arts offers a 2,840-square-foot community black box theater designed to support local artists and organizations. The flexible performance space accommodates rehearsals, creative development, and live presentations, with a maximum audience capacity of 185 people.

HoCo Arts offers three versatile, multipurpose art classrooms for rent—each 720 square feet—ideal for classes, workshops, rehearsals, and a wide range of creative activities. Classroom A: Maximum capacity of 55 people Classrooms B & C: Maximum capacity of 49 people each

Historic Courtroom

The Historic Courtroom is a spacious, flexible 2,840-square-foot venue ideal for meetings, workshops, and a wide variety of arts-related gatherings. The space accommodates up to 136 guests.

Dance Studio

HoCo Arts’ Dance Studio is a 1,200-square-foot space featuring a sprung wood floor with Marley, a full mirrored wall, and dance barres—ideal for classes, rehearsals, and movement-based programs. The studio accommodates up to 81 participants.
