In this workshop, you will create a 4x4" mosaic with slate and glass. We will discuss contemporary mosaic art, materials and processes, then you will be able to make your own project to take home. All materials, tools and instruction are provided. NO prior mosaic experience needed, but this workshop is also appropriate for mosaic artists who have never experimented with slate.
The workshop will be held in Studio 1A at the Howard County Center for the Arts, 8510 High Ridge Rd, Ellicott City, MD 21043, from 5:30 pm until 8 pm. Minimum 4 participants, max 7.
