This camp is for budding car designers who want to learn how to put their original ideas on paper to impress the world. They will learn the ins and outs of designing sports cars, racing cars, trucks, cartoon cars or any type of car their minds can conjure up.
In this camp, we’ll use papier mache techniques to make all the fantasy creatures imaginable! From pegasi to unicorns, dragons to mermaids, and anything else campers can think of, we’ll make it!
Time to accessorize! Campers will be able to explore their own style, learning the art of jewelry making. Come experiment with different colors, shapes, and sizes of beads and stones while designing, creating, and ultimately modeling your own jewelry.
Teach children the value in reusing recyclables to create assemblage and three-dimensional works of art. Recyclables such as egg cartons, plastic containers, odds and ends, and cardboard are some of the materials that will be used in this class.

They will learn a brief history of this ancient process and will create tools to create patterns of paint on a water thickened with carrageenan. Campers will learn how to create a variety of traditional patterns and transfer to their chosen surface.

In this camp, our oldest campers will enhance their skills by engaging in a variety of practical writing activities. Students will receive encouragement, support, and tangible tools to pursue the goal of writing and publishing a book.
