Renovations Kick-Off
Breaking news – renovations have begun at the Historic Circuit Courthouse in Ellicott City! The former Circuit Courthouse will be transformed into a new 80,000 square foot center for arts, culture, and history which will house the Howard County Arts Council, the first-ever Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) Cultural Center, the County’s award-winning Roving Radish program and a Shared Commercial Kitchen space.
