Unlock your creative side and dive into the vibrant world of watercolor and drawing! In this fun and approachable 8-week course, you’ll learn step-by-step techniques that make watercolor such a unique and expressive medium, from flowing wet-on-wet blends to crisp dry-brush textures and layered color washes.
We’ll pair these painting skills with essential drawing techniques like line work, value, and composition so you can confidently sketch what you see and bring it to life with color. Whether you’re brand new to art or want to brush up on your foundations, you’ll build skills week by week, all while exploring your creative voice in a relaxed, supportive setting.
Expect a mix of warm-up exercises, live demos, hands-on projects, and plenty of encouragement. We’ll even explore how to combine traditional and contemporary techniques for fresh, modern results that feel personal and expressive.
By the end of the course, you’ll walk away with finished pieces that showcase your growth and the skills to keep going!
