A showcase of Howard County’s best culinary artists!

The Celebration of the Arts kicks off with a delicious 2-hour reception in the Grand Hall of the Horowitz Center. From 6-8pm, guests can sample hors d’oeuvres, mains, and desserts from up to 18 of Howard County’s best restaurants and caterers. Culinary sponsors are also invited to create an artistic display table to showcase their delicious dishes at our signature event. It is a feast for the eyes & the palette!
