Please note: Needle-felting uses very sharp needles and requires the ability to stay focused and follow directions.
The Drawing Zoo: Snake Week
Session 5: July 23-27 – AM, Grades 4-7 and PM, Grades K-3
Session 7: August 6-10 – AM, Grades 1-3 and PM, Grades 4-7
Session 9: August 20-24 – AM, Grades 2-5 and PM, Grades K-3
Snakes have been iconic in art for centuries. What’s so intriguing about them? Explore a variety of amazing snakes from around the world. Some look like candy canes, some look like corn. We’ll draw each animal, their unique patterns, how it correlates to their habitat and the important difference between pet and wild snakes. All animals featured in The Drawing Zoo are non-venomous and experienced with kids.
