Paint Your Own Pottery! Students will paint up to 3 ready-made ceramic tiles and/or dishes with colorful glazes. They will learn different surface decoration techniques including using stencils and wax resist to create patterns. All materials will be provided. Students will learn how to create a musical shaker in the shape of a heart. They will learn how-to use texture and build with slabs. All materials will be provided. Please allow 2-3 weeks for pickup.

With clay slabs, create Cubists inspired portraits in the style of Picasso. Explore templates, texture, and color with your creations. First class: build your creation. Second class: paint your work using underglazes. All materials, tools and firings are included in tuition. Final works will be ready for pick-up within 2 weeks.
