Looking for space to hold art classes, workshops, home-school activities, or other arts programs? We offer three multipurpose arts classrooms that each accommodate up to 25 people. Rental rates start at $17/hour for nonprofits and HoCo residents with a variety of packages and options available.

HoCo Arts’ three multipurpose art classrooms are wonderful places to hold classes, workshops, rehearsals, or other arts activities for up to 25 people. The spaces are working studio classrooms with sinks, worktables, and flexible seating. A limited number of easels are available. There is no short or long-term storage available; program supplies must be provided by the renter.
