HoCo Arts’ conference room is a very large, flexible space that works great for meetings, workshops, and gatherings. The room is light-filled and offers a sink for easy access to water and cleanup. With more than 1,400sq ft available, the conference room can accommodate up to 100 people. Rental rates start at $28/hour for nonprofits and HoCo residents with a variety of packages and options available.

HoCo Arts’ conference room is ideal for arts-related meetings and gatherings. Lined on one side by windows and on the opposite by glass display cases, this room has flexible table and seating options and, depending on the configuration, can accommodate up to 75 people.  A portable room divider can be used for breakout sessions or to create a more intimate space.
